With over 10 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, I have built a strong track record of driving business growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and creating sustainable distribution networks across diverse financial products.
My professional journey began in the insurance industry with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, and LIC, where I gained extensive experience in financial advisory, customer relationship management, and sales leadership. I subsequently transitioned into the banking and lending sector, working with Axis Bank in Retail Lending and Used Car Finance, followed by Bajaj Finance Ltd., where I strengthened my expertise in channel distribution, strategic partnerships, and business expansion.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and collaborated with large corporate DSAs, channel partners, and distribution networks, contributing to revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. My expertise spans Retail Lending, Used Car Finance, Insurance, Sales Management, Business Development, Channel Distribution, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning.
Currently, as Chairman & Managing Director of JP Brothers Capital Management Pvt. Ltd., I lead the organization's vision, growth strategy, and business operations, focusing on delivering innovative financial solutions, building long-term stakeholder value, and fostering a culture of performance and integrity.

Shiv Nath Kumar serves as the Managing Director of JP Brothers Capital Management Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the company's strategic vision, business expansion, and operational excellence. With extensive experience in the retail lending and auto finance industry, he has played a key role in building strong banking partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering customer-focused financial solutions.
Prior to joining JP Brothers Capital Management, Shiv worked with Bajaj Finance Limited, where he developed expertise in dealer and DSA relationship management, loan disbursement, credit coordination, and business development. His hands-on industry experience has strengthened his ability to drive sustainable growth and maintain high service standards.
As Managing Director, he oversees business strategy, team leadership, banking and NBFC partnerships, operational management, and customer experience, ensuring the company consistently delivers reliable and efficient financial services.

Shiv Nath Kumar holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. He completed his Higher Secondary (Science) and Secondary education from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna. With practical experience in loan origination, banking partnerships, credit coordination, and business development, Jay has played a key role in driving consistent business performance and customer satisfaction. He specializes in building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering sustainable growth.
Under his leadership, the company has successfully achieved monthly loan disbursement targets, strengthened relationships with banking and NBFC partners, and enhanced operational efficiency through effective risk management and customer-centric practices.
Mr. Jay Prakash Kumar holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. He completed his Higher Secondary Education in the Science stream and Secondary School Education from the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. His academic background combines analytical thinking with a strong understanding of commerce and business principles, providing a solid foundation for his leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making responsibilities as Managing Director.
