Early Career & Industry Experience

Om Prakash began his career in the insurance sector, working with leading organizations such as ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). These formative years provided him with extensive experience in financial advisory, customer relationship management, sales management, and understanding the diverse financial needs of individuals and businesses.

Driven by a passion for creating greater value in the financial services sector, he transitioned into the banking and lending industry. He worked with Axis Bank, where he gained valuable expertise in Retail Lending and Used Car Finance, followed by Bajaj Finance Ltd., where he further strengthened his capabilities in channel distribution, strategic partnerships, and business expansion. These experiences enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of India's evolving lending ecosystem and the importance of delivering customer-focused financial solutions.

With extensive experience in the retail lending and auto finance industry, he has played a key role in building strong banking partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering customer-focused financial solutions.

Prior to joining JP Brothers Capital Management, Shiv worked with Bajaj Finance Limited, where he developed expertise in dealer and DSA relationship management, loan disbursement, credit coordination, and business development. His hands-on industry experience has strengthened his ability to drive sustainable growth and maintain high service standards.

As Managing Director, he oversees business strategy, team leadership, banking and NBFC partnerships, operational management, and customer experience, ensuring the company consistently delivers reliable and efficient financial services.

Shiv Nath Kumar holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. He completed his Higher Secondary (Science) and Secondary education from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna. Since December 2023, he has been leading the company's strategic growth, operational excellence, and business expansion initiatives.

With practical experience in loan origination, banking partnerships, credit coordination, and business development, Jay has played a key role in driving consistent business performance and customer satisfaction. He specializes in building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering sustainable growth.

Under his leadership, the company has successfully achieved monthly loan disbursement targets, strengthened relationships with banking and NBFC partners, and enhanced operational efficiency through effective risk management and customer-centric practices.

Mr. Jay Prakash Kumar holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. He completed his Higher Secondary Education in the Science stream and Secondary School Education from the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.
